FORGING Ambassadors will organize quarterly webinars championing the values of Industry 5.0, facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration and shaping responsible innovation pathways across Europe. - Nina Wessberg is a Principal Scientist at VTT (Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd.) and an Associate Professor at the University of Tampere (environmental policy). Her current interests in science making are focused on ethics of technology, responsible innovations, foresight and socio-technical change especially in AI and energy transition contexts.
- Amaya Igartua is the coordinator of Materials initiatives in the TEKNIKER and co-secretary of the European Materials Platform since 2017. She was the head of the tribology Unit 2017-2017 and she is the vicepresident for Spain of the International Tribology Council. Since 1991, she has participated in more then 60 EU projects, coordinating 4 of them.
- Composer, theorist and international project manager at National Institute of NeuroLeadership (INNEL), Rome, Italy, Raffaele Longo is a full professor and a PhD with an award-winning career in composition, musical analysis and higher education across Europe and Asia. His recent work explores musical dramaturgy, deconstruction, contemporary semiotics and the application of artificial intelligence and robotics to the performing arts. He has led and managed international cooperation projects across Europe, the Mediterranean, Asia, and Latin America, focusing on knowledge transfer, digital innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Utku Cil is an EU project specialist and innovation consultant at Intract Innovation, with over seven years of experience in Horizon Europe, IPA, and Interreg projects on sustainability, mobility, and digital transformation. He also serves as an external assessor for EU programmes and has contributed to international initiatives linking policy, research, and practice.
- Pol Torrent is a strategist and project manager with experience driving innovation across food and health. At VHIR, he supports impact-driven research in data & AI, pediatrics, and cancer as part of the Internal Strategy team.
- Adriano Parrotta works at the Industrial Liaison Office of the University of Turin, supporting innovation services and projects, with the Circular Health Digital Innovation Hub as a flagship initiative.
